For time and long nature has been a great source of inspiration for artists. Its pure beauty and splendour don’t leave anyone indifferent. However, an artist’s goal is not only to depict the landscape but also to capture the mood and atmosphere of the scene. The watercolour painting consists of an imaginary landscape with trees, waterfalls, mountains and fields in bright, vibrant watercolour. Watercolour paintings give a  lovely texture made and the thick and thin lines give it a unique piece of depth and majesty.

The Circle Community brings together Watercolour  Portrait Workshop with Nilanjana Dutta

About The Artist

Nilanjana is pursuing her law and her art journey began 16 years back and is now going to complete her art degree from the All India Fine Arts Association.

The Workshop Began

Nilanjana greeted all the participants and thanked the host for the introduction. She first sketched a portrait of a girl on vacation and began painting it. She continued to paint the face using skin colour and blue colour for the sunglasses, brown colour hair, eyebrows and a mole on the upper lip. She concluded the workshop by giving a finishing touch to the portrait she had painted.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

Nehal made a beautiful and colourful designer watercolour of a girl in her holiday as it looked aesthetic and colourful visually. All the participants appreciated her watercolour portrait and showed their co-created portraits. The host thanked Nialnjana for teaching this colourful watercolour portrait.

The attendees were from different parts of the country. They also belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. The Circle Community, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
