Minions are one of the most adorable animated creations that all kids are familiar with. A minion planter looks extremely cute as an indoor home plant decor. The materials required to make this planter are the items available easily in and around our homes. Not only the minion planters are fun to make but are also an affordable way to pot your plants.
The Circle Community conducted a fun and interactive workshop on Minion Planter Making with expert artist Prasad Shivapalan.
About The Artist
Prasad Shivapalan is a DIY art creator and influencer. He is skilled in cardboard modelling, traditional wedding DIYs and budget decoration.
The Workshop Began
The session started with an introduction of Prasad and his journey and encounters as an artist. Prasad heartily thanked the hosts and welcomed all the participants to the workshop. He gave a background about minion planter making, explained the materials required and advised all participants to create the artwork with him.
To create the artwork, Prasad first took a half bottle and explained how to cut it precisely. He then covered it with a denim material and made the minion’s headband. He proceeded to colour it in yellow and gave suggestions and advice on the types of colours one can use for painting and drying.
Towards The End of the Workshop
All the attendees beautifully created cute yellow Minion Planters which looked cute and bright as sunshine. He showed some of his previous creations to the audience and expressed his gratitude to the attendees.
The attendees were from different parts of the country. They also belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. The Circle Community, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
