Diwali Bakes Workshop: Diwali is incomplete without some delicious sweets and cookies. It’s the perfect excuse to cheat on our diet plans completely. With this thought in mind, Rajasthan Studio curated a Diwali Bakes Workshop and invited Pravin Vyas. He is a lawyer by profession and a baker at heart. He has been practicing at the Rajasthan High Court Since 2016 but his love for patisserie eventually led him to Lavonne Academy for a short course where he got an opportunity to brush up on his baking skills.

The Diwali Bakes Workshop Began

Pravin started the workshop by letting all the 28 attendees know the dessert for the day, which were chocolate truffles, short bread, coconut and rose balls and chocolate-peanut balls infused with ginger. The names itself made the attendees drool. Gradually Pravin explained and demonstrated the entire recipe to the participants and also shared a few tips promptly. Moreover, he also explained the different types of chocolate and shared a few special tips with the attendees. The chocolate-peanut balls infused with ginger was a surprising dish for all the attendees. The curious attendees raised several questions regarding the melting of the chocolate and the infusion of ginger with the cream. Pravin patiently answered all the questions with a live demonstration.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

At the end he gave a special diwali touch to the chocolate and rose balls by sprinkling little gold dust. The attendees got to learn new sweet recipes for Diwali in the session.

All the attendees were from different parts of the country and belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform.

Rajasthan studio as always was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
