Brush calligraphy is similar to traditional calligraphy the only difference is in the tool that is being used for writing. Brush calligraphy is performed using brush pens as well as regular brushes such as for watercolours whereas traditional calligraphy is performed using a dip pen and ink along with specific calligraphy nibs. Brush calligraphy and traditional calligraphy have basic similar rules such as having thick downstrokes and thin upstrokes

About The Artist

Namrata is a lettering artist and calligraphy artist and designer and is based out of Jaipur.

The Workshop Began

Namrata greeted all the participants and thanked the host for the lovely introduction. She first started teaching the basics of calligraphy and strokes. She then went on to teach calligraphy for the English alphabets A to Z.She made sure that everybody could understand the basics of calligraphy easily and made sure the learning was fun and interactive.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

Namrata created a wonderful and artistic piece of artistic words with calligraphy. All the participants appreciated her calligraphy art and shared their co-created arts with Namrata. The host thanked

The attendees were from different parts of the country. They also belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. The Circle Community, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
